Opens are guesswork

Follow-up queue for Gmail
MailPilot reminds you who to follow up with and when, drafts the nudge from your templates, and opens it in Gmail for you to send. No fake “read” receipts — just a clear list of what to do next.

Email “opens” have become noise. What actually moves a deal forward is a timely, well-written follow-up.

No signal does not mean “not read”. Busy clients reply after a polite nudge — if you remember to send it.
Stars, snoozes and sticky notes don’t tell you who has been waiting longest or what to say.
Three steps, about a minute per follow-up.
In Gmail, the MailPilot panel adds the draft you are sending. Or add it on the dashboard. Pick “follow up in 3 work days”.
Due follow-ups land in your Today list and on the extension badge. Weekends are skipped.
Pick a template, adjust it, open it in Gmail and press Send yourself. Then mark the outcome: replied, won or lost.

Due now, coming up and waiting — sorted so the oldest promise comes first.
Friendly nudge, add value, polite close — or write your own with {{name}} and {{subject}}.
The extension notices when a contact shows up in your inbox. Only matching addresses leave your browser, and you confirm.
See your response rate and how many replies came after a follow-up.
Off by default. If you turn it on, it is shown as a signal — never as “read”.
We never read your email bodies. Export everything or delete your account any time.
Every status in MailPilot tells you how sure it is. Signals and hints are drawn dashed; what you confirm is drawn solid. You always know what is a fact.
Quotes, proposals and invoices that need a decision.
Pitches and client approvals that cannot slip.
Applications and interview thank-yous, followed up at the right time.
