The beta
MailPilot is in beta. Features may change, and the service is provided free of charge during the beta. We will notify you before any paid plan applies to your account.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Use MailPilot for your own legitimate correspondence. Do not use it for spam, bulk or unsolicited email, covert surveillance, harassment, or to break any law. MailPilot does not send email; you remain the sender of every message.
Image signals
If you enable the optional image signal, you must comply with the privacy and electronic-communication laws that apply to you and your recipients, including consent requirements where applicable.
Your content
You own the data you put into MailPilot. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
Third-party services
MailPilot works alongside Gmail but is not affiliated with Google. Gmail may change in ways that affect the extension; we will make reasonable efforts to keep it working but cannot guarantee it.
No warranty
The beta is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that reminders, hints or signals are complete or accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DanAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or missed replies.
Ending the service
You can stop using MailPilot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
